In order to participate as an online bidder, you must:
1. Register in advance. Registration will open shortly before our next sale.
2. Complete and submit a credit reference form. Forms can be submitted by email to Mary Ruyle or by fax to (972) 237-5257. Click here to download the credit form.

Once you log in, the left side of the screen will display the pedigree pages and upcoming hips. There is an option near the top to select either “show pedigree” to view only the catalog page for the current hip, or “show index” to view a listing of the current and upcoming 10 hips.

To place a bid, use the right side of the screen. You may either enter a maximum bid or bid in increments just as you would if you were there at the auction. You can also skip ahead in the auction catalog and place a maximum bid in advance on a horse later in the sale. Keep in mind that this is a live auction and the auctioneer will keep things moving quickly, so if you want to bid do not hesitate. The bid screen will tell you when you are the high bidder or when you have been outbid.

Please use the video that is part of the online bidding system, and DO NOT use the video on the homepage of the TTA Sales website, as that video will have a time delay. The video included with the online bidding system has virtually no time delay.

Please contact Denis Blake at anytime at 512-695-4541 or if you need assistance. Once the sale begins, email will be the most effective way to communicate and all emails will be responded to promptly. If there is an urgent issue, please call. There is also a “Clerk Chat” feature with a link toward the bottom of the page that you can use to communicate with the online bidding clerk regarding any technical issues or questions.
